Fees

We are open and up-front about our fees and charges. We can provide you with a good-faith estimate of what costs will be. Finanical aid is offered for individuals in need, with more information below.

  • Remote phone therapy sessions: $300/hr
  • Video based sessions: $350/hr
  • Travel (to and from: sessions, activities, retreats): $180/hr
  • Intensive therapeutic mentoring activities and time that is not a therapy session: $200/hr
  • Clinical Supervision (mental health students/professionals): $165/session

KAP Fees

  • Preparation and Integration Sessions (virtual or in-person): $300/hr
  • Dosing Sessions: $450 (1.5 hrs) or $600 (2 hrs)
  • Self-guided Dosing Sessions ($150)
    • includes a 15-minute check-in before and after; available after completing at least two guided sessions
  • Group Dosing Sessions (virtual or in-person): $200-$275 per person (depending on group size; maximum of 4 participants)

Payments

You can pay via the Patient Portal in TheraNest, or one of the options below.

Although we do not accept insurance, we provide a super bill for preparation and integration sessions and the first hour of dosing sessions.

You are responsible for all payments, but we will provide a separate “services not covered” bill for any extra time not covered by insurance.

Invoices and super bills are sent at the end of each month, or upon request.

Flexible Financing with CareCredit

  • CareCredit offers flexible financing for health, wellness, and personal care services. You can pay over time with promotional financing on purchases of $200 or more.

Reduced Fees

  • Available for individuals with demonstrated financial need, such as lower-income individuals, students, and single parents.

Consultation Fees

  • Provider Consultations (e.g., psychiatrists, current/former therapists): $75 per 15 minutes
  • Other Communications (phone calls, emails, record reviews, IEP consultations, letters): $75 per 15 minutes, with a minimum fee of $75

Legal Fees

  • Virtual Meetings (phone/video conference): $300 per 30 minutes
  • In-person Meetings (including travel to San Francisco): $550 per 60 minutes

Presentations, Lectures and Workshops

  • I have spoken to audiences across the U.S.A., as well as in the Bahamas and in South America. My presentations are exciting events that offer interactive learning and participation as well as time for questions and answers.
  • Continuing education is also available, based upon your audience and needs
  • Recent audiences have included educational consultants, therapists and professionals from outdoor behavioral health and residential treatment programs, parent groups, and other psychologists and psychotherapists.
  • In-home presentations and parent support group presentations are services I offer for smaller groups, and can be individualized to suit your needs or based upon an existing theme or presentation.
  • I can customize a presentation, lecture, or workshop for your group's needs. My presentations feature lively interactions, video examples, and are guaranteed not to be boring!
