This guide has been thoughtfully created by Fred Peipman to help you
prepare for each guided ketamine dosing session, fostering a deeper
understanding and integration of your experiences. In this workbook, each
session is centered around a specific theme and includes journal prompts
and opportunities to set your intentions. It’s important to write down your
thoughts, intentions, and insights as these can be valuable in your
therapeutic process. Sharing your intentions and reflections with your
therapist can deepen the collaborative nature of your healing journey.
Session Structure
Each session theme includes prompts to guide
your journaling and space to set your intentions. These journal
entries and intentions can be used as a foundation for your ketamine
dosing sessions.
Flexibility
While the first two sessions are meant to be completed in
order, the remaining sessions can be selected based on what feels
most relevant to your current needs, challenges, or interests. Feel free
to expand on the prompts, add your own thoughts, and adapt the
exercises to what serves you best.
